Cultural Adjustment

When companies or managers struggle to adapt to the unique work cultures in foreign markets or new environments and when there is a failure to adjust to the norms and behaviors of these new cultures,their personal and global success is at risk.

How I work  the cultural differences

  • Focusing on a deep understanding of managers' own culture and those cultures they interact with, so they can work at their peak and in peace with each other. 

  • Working to grasp the values and the norms of the individual, the new culture or new company. Accepting the new system of values, as all are equally valid.

  • Helping to analyze the mistakes, faux pas, and gaffes when interacting with other cultures, as this is fundamental to go much further. 

  • Understanding the transition between cultures in order to be successful in new companies or in international business.
